Contents of the voucher

Fixed-value gift voucher redeemable for the services of Hotel Kapitány Wellness****superior in Sümeg, depending on availability.

Validity and payment
Valid: 1 year from the day of issue
  • If paying online by bank card, the package price must be settled immediately. Upon successful payment, the voucher will be sent right away.
  • In case of bank transfer, payment must be made within 5 days after the order. After the amount is received, the hotel will send the voucher by email in PDF format within 2 working days.
Available payment methods: Online payment, Bank Transfer
  • The gift voucher can only be redeemed with direct bookings made through the hotel. Reservations made through third-party partners (e.g., szallas.hu, Booking.com, szallasvadasz.hu) are not eligible for voucher redemption.
  • The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Please refer to the voucher number when making a reservation. Without prior notice and confirmation, we are unable to accept the voucher on-site.
  • Bookings made with a gift voucher do not qualify for point accumulation in the Loyalty Program.
  • The gift voucher functions as a form of payment and must be presented at reception upon arrival. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and we are unable to refund unused services.
  • For information on extending the expiration date and applicable conditions, please contact us via the provided email address before the voucher expires. After the expiration date, the voucher cannot be extended, redeemed, or refunded.
  • Purchased vouchers are non-refundable. However, since the package is not issued in a specific name, it can be transferred to another person.
  • Room reservations must be made in writing (reservations by phone cannot be accepted). A reservation is only valid upon written confirmation from the hotel.
  • The purchased value voucher can be freely used for services provided by Hotel Kapitány, subject to availability. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount of the services used.
  • If the total value of the services exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid on-site in cash or by credit/debit card.
  • If the total value of the services is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining amount cannot be refunded or paid out in cash.
  • The issued voucher can be redeemed only once. In case of a remaining balance, multiple redemptions are not possible. (We recommend purchasing multiple vouchers of smaller value.)
